01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkr98com platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and customer support services — you ("the Player") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, form the complete and binding agreement between you and pkr98com.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the pkr98com platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on pkr98com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr98com does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from pkr98com or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of pkr98com or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your country of residence.

pkr98com reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pkr98com may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending completion of the verification process.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pkr98com. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account on pkr98com, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Notify pkr98com promptly of any changes to your registration details by updating your account profile or contacting the support team at [email protected].
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

pkr98com reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkr98com are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer.

Deposits:

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the player's account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution and may take up to two (2) banking days to reflect.
• pkr98com does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed the full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, including submission of valid government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the pkr98com payments team.
• pkr98com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within the timeframes specified on the cashier page. Mobile wallet withdrawals are generally completed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• pkr98com will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr98com offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, time-based, or game-specific restrictions.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period of the bonus. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time, unless otherwise specified by pkr98com.
• pkr98com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players will not be entitled to compensation for the withdrawal of any promotional offer.
• Abuse of the pkr98com bonus system — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or collusion with other players to exploit promotion terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pkr98com are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published on the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by pkr98com, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• pkr98com reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data error, or manifest error in the odds or game outcome offered.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the decision of pkr98com's compliance team, based on server-side records and certified RNG logs, shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface or market page.
• pkr98com reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to placing maximum payout limits on individual accounts.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr98com platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration or verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the pkr98com platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the pkr98com platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using funds of criminal origin or using the pkr98com platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Facilitating or assisting any third party in engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed above.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr98com staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr98com platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, user interface elements, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr98com or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr98com platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any pkr98com content and does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any pkr98com content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the pkr98com platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any pkr98com content.
• Using pkr98com's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without explicit written authorisation.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr98com and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the pkr98com platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data by a third party.
• Any loss of funds arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

pkr98com's total aggregate liability to any player under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by pkr98com is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account on pkr98com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised gaming and promotional content.

pkr98com will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data sharing with licensed third-party service providers is conducted strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to binding data processing agreements.

11 Responsible Gaming

pkr98com is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which the platform will automatically log you out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration of your current session and your net gaming activity.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your account will be temporarily suspended.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pkr98com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.

Upon account closure, pkr98com will return any verified, withdrawable balance to the account holder via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification and AML checks. Bonus funds, pending bonuses, and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

13 Amendments to Terms

pkr98com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address registered on the account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the pkr98com platform at the time of login.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr98com holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through pkr98com's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by pkr98com's licensing authority.
